This photo was taken on Friday, February 27th. When I noticed the moon and Venus in the sky, although they looked very small, I decided to include them in this sunset image.

this mixt of colors is fantastic. The sky is the color of the night with the moon so present. The water takes on reflections of the sky. It is a vision so sweet in this twilight of fire.

Wonderful shot, Suzanne! You know, that spectrum during twilight is just so photogenic... hard to beat it for visual impact... but beat it you have with the moon and Venus in the shot. I also love the way the low clouds seem to parallel the silhouetted hills. This is a real gem... congratulations!... and thanks for sharing your good fortune and skill!

Stunning landscape and sunset. As already stated by others, very rich and complex in colours! Just wondering: did you have to apply a lot of sharpening in processing? I tend to get halos of the reflecting light around the moon.
