Father TimePosted by Suzanne (Huntington Bch, California, United States) on 9 April 2009 in Animal & Insect and Portfolio. Art is not to be found by touring Egypt, China, or Peru...if you cannot find it at your own door, you will never find it. -- Ralph Waldo Emerson ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today is my birthday. It's a very big round number that I prefer not to think about. I was born on Easter Sunday but my birthday has, as far as I can recall, never fallen on that day since. Maybe I'll put this birthday off until Sunday, so I'll have a better reason to celebrate. Monday was a gorgeous, warm day here in SoCal, so my husband and I decided to take the boat out for our first day, this year, on the ocean. This old heron watched over us as we launched.
