On the Road Again

I'm going on vacation. The women's group I belong to, Sisters on the Fly, is having it's annual big get together in Ventura, CA. About 80 members will be driving their (mostly vintage) travel trailers to the Ventura County Fairgrounds where we will camp for 8 days. The fairgrounds are located right on the beach. There are all sorts of activities planned and we will have "more fun than anyone!" We will be dry camping, so NO access to electricity in the trailer and, therefore, no internet. Hey, I don't own a laptop anyway. So you won't be seeing or hearing from me again until I return on May 3rd.
If you are in the Southern California area and happen to see a whole caravan of women pulling funny old trailers with lots of fun decorations on the sides...well, that's us. YIPPEE!

Have wonderful time. Great shot. We stayed at the Ventura fairgrounds on the California AIDS Ride from SF to Beverly Hills back in 1996; I learned more about gay culture on that ride than any time before or since (40% of us were straight).
